Repair

For more than 35 years, Fred Sullivan has been servicing and repairing instruments for student, collegiate and professional clients across the United States. He is often sought out for his expertise in the repair field by other repair shops and is the preferred service provider for several university departments in Kansas and Oklahoma, including the University of Oklahoma clarinet studio, multiple Wichita State University and Friends University students and alumni, and the Butler County Community College music department.

Fred specializes in clarinet, bass clarinet, and saxophone repair work, but is also very skilled at working with flute, oboe, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, tuba, violin, viola, and cello.

Repair prices quoted on a per project basis. See our contact info in the sidebar to ask us about your instrument.

Refresh

Let us have the opportunity to show you how an instrument should be cared for, be it a bassoon, a bass clarinet, or an oboe. Our professional care service includes cleaning inside and outside of instrument body, removing minor dents, replacing necessary key corks, regulating pads, lube, adjusting spring tensions and play testing each instrument to ensure proper sound and functionality.

Just like an oil change in a car should be done on a regular basis, an instrument refresh should be done once a year to keep any instrument in top playing condition, so if it’s time for your yearly checkup give us a call today!
